3. Eligibility
To use TELAMO, you must:
– Be at least 18 years old
– Provide accurate and complete information
– Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met.

4. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You agree to:
– Provide accurate information
– Keep your login credentials secure

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Service User Terms (Occupancy License)
As a service user, you acknowledge and agree that:
– Your right to occupy any Accommodation is granted as a revocable license and not a tenancy or lease
– All information provided during onboarding and eligibility checks is accurate
– You will comply with all house rules and usage guidelines
– You will not assign, transfer, or grant access to the Accommodation without authorization
– You will vacate the Accommodation upon termination or expiration of your license as required
Failure to meet obligations may result in penalties, suspension, termination, or legal action.

6. Property Provider Terms
As a property provider, you agree that:
– You have the legal right to make the Accommodation available on the platform
– All property information provided is accurate and up to date
– You authorize Telamo to manage user access, operations, and related services as agreed
– Your income terms and payment structures are governed by your agreement with TELAMO.

7. Fees & Payments
Usage fees may be structured (e.g., monthly) and must be paid on time
Late payments may attract penalties or service restrictions
All fees and charges will be clearly communicated
Telamo may use third-party payment providers to process transactions

8. Operations & Management
Telamo may provide operational services, including:
– User onboarding and coordination – Fee collection and tracking
– Maintenance coordination – Reporting and oversight

9. Listings & Accuracy
We strive to ensure that all Accommodation listings are accurate and verified. However:
– Minor variations may occur
– Availability may change without notice
Telamo does not guarantee that all listings will always be available.

10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
– Provide false or misleading information
– Use the platform for unlawful activities
– Interfere with platform operations
– Attempt unauthorized access to systems
Violation may result in suspension or termination.

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
– You violate these Terms
– You fail to meet payment obligations
– We are required to do so by law
Upon termination, your license to occupy any Accommodation ends immediately, subject to applicable notice requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Telamo shall not be liable for: – Indirect or consequential losses
– Delays or interruptions in service
– Third-party actions or failures
Our liability is limited to the extent of fees paid for our Services, where applicable.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Telamo harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
